RULES:

1.   Registration Fee - $35.00
2.   Begin Cooking 6:30 a.m. or after - Sunday, August 26th, 2007
3.   Judging Held at 11:00 A.M.
4.   All recipes are accepted. Cook-off is a duck or goose only contest and based on THE BEST DISH.
          Samples may be given away to the public after Judging, please furnish your own sample containers.
5.   Cooking teams must provide all equipment. i.e. tables, chairs, pots, cooking hardware, etc.
          Teams must furnish gas or propane stove / burners. NO electricity will be available.
          Duck Festival will furnish water and pavilion to host the competition.
          NO washing of pots / pans or dumping will be allowed on grounds.
6.   Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd BEST DISH.
          Please provide Festival with a Copy of the recipe you are cooking.
