Gueydan Duck Festival Parade |

The Gueydan Duck Festival Parade will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2008. There is no fee to enter (contact Charlotte Hartwell or for entry information). Hundreds of people line the streets to get a glimpse of marching bands, dance teams, queens, dignitaries, and of course, our own Pierre Le Canarde (the Festival's mascot). Each year the Festival honors individuals and/or groups who have made a contribution to the Festival and/or community. |
